Our annual fermentation readiness program will be a little different this year:
Linda Bisson has requested that everyone who attends, and any of you who can’t attend but would like to participate in this unique opportunity, submit any questions you may have on fermentation issues/management to her directly at email@example.com prior to July 11. Then she will address the questions (anonymously, of course) and suggest appropriate action at the July 15 program, as outlined below. She will also post her suggestions to the Department’s website http://wineserver.ucdavis.edu/ after the program date, for those of you who are unable to attend.
As always, V&E Extension programs fill quickly, so be sure to you get your registration in soon.
